For our famous range of 100%natural Australian honeys we are getting raw honey straight from the beehives of a select group of registered apiarists from Northern New South Wales. Our honeys are cold-extracted and un-processed, which means we are avoiding excessive heat treatment and filtering called 'pasteurization' as found in most commercialised honeys. Natural, raw honey can crystallize after about 12 months while retaining all its goodness. Simply sit jar in hot tap water to liquify.
All Australian honeys sold on this website fully comply with HACCP (International food safety certification of World Health Organisation) and carry a Best Before Date: November 2012
